Anastasia Miltsakaki is an experienced Greek traditional dance instructor and performer with a strong background in teaching, choreography and cultural performance.

Her involvement in Greek traditional dance began in Greece, where she participated in numerous national and international festivals and competitions, receiving awards and distinctions for her performances. She later gained professional performance experience in hotels, restaurants and cultural venues, working with dancers and musicians and performing for both Greek and international audiences.

Since 2021, Anastasia has been teaching Greek traditional dance in the UK. Her classes are designed to be engaging, inclusive and accessible to learners of different ages and levels of experience. Her teaching combines dance technique, musicality and cultural understanding, while encouraging confidence, participation and a genuine connection with Greek tradition.
